Initiate Your Return
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Wheels
Place the wheels securely in their original Hunt packaging, ensuring all skewers, tubeless valves, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of the box before dropping it off at an authorized courier point.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange wheelset within 3-5 business days.
