How do I choose the right axle adapters for my bike?
Most modern disc-brake bikes use 12mm thru-axles (100mm front/142mm rear). We provide a wide range of end caps for QR, 12mm, and 15mm standards. If you are unsure, please check your bike manufacturer's specifications or contact our support team.
Are HUNT wheels tubeless-ready out of the box?
Yes, all HUNT wheels come pre-taped with tubeless rim tape and include tubeless valves. You will simply need tubeless-compatible tires and sealant to complete the setup.
What is the shipping timeframe for international orders?
For in-stock items, we typically dispatch within 1-2 working days. International shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location and customs processing times.
Do you offer a crash replacement program?
We do. We offer a lifetime crash replacement policy for the original owner of our carbon wheelsets and a discounted replacement program for alloy wheels to help get you back on the road or trail as quickly as possible.
Which freehub body should I select for my drivetrain?
Choose Shimano/SRAM HG for standard 8-11 speed cassettes, SRAM XDR for 12-speed AXS road/gravel cassettes, or Shimano Microspline for 12-speed MTB setups. Campagnolo options are also available for most models.
What is the maximum rider weight limit for your wheels?
Most of our performance wheelsets have a rider weight limit of 100kg-120kg (including luggage). Our 'All-Road' and 'Enduro' specific sets often feature higher limits for increased durability.
